Terms of service

Magic Outreach provides software to find business contacts and send email from inboxes you connect. You are the sender of every email sent from your account and are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to it, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR and their equivalents, and with your email provider's terms. Credits are non-refundable except where a lead search, verification or AI write fails, in which case they are returned automatically. We may suspend sending, without notice, for any account that breaks the acceptable use policy.
