Acceptable use policy

• Business-to-business outreach only, relevant to the recipient's role or business.
• No purchased, rented or scraped-from-unknown-source lists. Lead data you import must be lawfully obtained.
• No deceptive subject lines, false sender identities, or content that is illegal, hateful, adult or fraudulent (including phishing).
• Every email must identify you, include a valid postal address and an unsubscribe link (we add both), and opt-outs must be honoured (we enforce it).
• Keep bounce and complaint rates low. Workspaces with persistent high bounce or complaint rates are suspended, because they harm every other customer through the shared warm-up network.
• Honour data subject requests: delete a lead with "forget" when asked, and their address is never emailed again.
